In a moment of frustration it will be difficult to formulate these positive sayings, so make them ahead of time and write them on a little card to carry in your pocket.
  5. Do a little bit of exercise. Just like some of the other techniques, it helps by reducing caregiver stress as well as giving you something else to focus on.
